Hi there!

Some of you know that I am/was a model. But not fulltime, I have chosen for my studies... But the greatest thing of doing model jobs is the make-up. I just LOVEEE it when MUA artists do my make-up. I always close my eyes and have to do my very best for not falling asleep. It's soooo relaxing, those brushes on your face... mmm wonderful! 

Now, some of the MUA artists make photos of their result. Well, one artist in specific makes the coolest result photos ever! And she did so many different looks on me. It's like I'm a cameleon, haha. So I thought, this I just have to share with you guys. 

Her name is Nanja Massy, owner of M a s s y Creations. and co-owner of the fashion blog Suriel. One of my favorite blogs of the moment. She also holds MUA workshops together with her partner in crime blogger & MUA artist Liene Meneve (Vizien). I definitely going to follow one of those! Who's with me?

Hoi hoi!

Sommigen onder jullie weten waarschijnlijk wel dat ik een model ben/was. Maar niet voltijds, ik heb voor mijn studies gekozen... MAAR het leukste aan modellenwerk is de make-up. Ik HOU er echt van als MUA artiesten mijn make-up doen. Ik houd bijna altijd mijn ogen gesloten en moet heel hard mijn best doen om niet in slaap te vallen, die borsteltjes op mijn gezicht...mmm heerlijk!

Nu, sommigen MUA artiesten maken achteraf foto's van hun eindresultaat. Wel, één artiest in het bijzonder maakt de coolste eindresultaatfoto's ooit! En ze heeft al zoveel verschillende looks op mij gedaan. Het lijkt wel alsof ik een kameleon ben, haha. Dus ik dacht, dit moet ik gewoon met jullie delen.

Haar naam is Nanja Massy, eigenaar van M a s s y Creations. en mede-eigenaar van de fashion blog Suriel. Eén van mijn favoriete blogs op het moment. Ze houdt ook MUA workshops samen met haar partner in crime blogger & MUA artieste Liene Meneve (Vizien). Ik ga zeker eens zo een workshop volgen. Wie doet er nog met me mee?

Interior design // Ombre fever

Hi there!

So the latest trend in almost ALL the branches (interior, beauty, fashion, art, ... etc) is OMBRE. And normally I am not a really up to date trend following person but this trend is just... WOW. I love it, with all my heart. I think it's refreshing, young and makes you happy! So I spend a day looking at pictures on the internet with this trend. And I would be selfish if I didn't share it with you guys!

So, what do you think? Love it or hate it?

Say what? Ombre?
Ombre is a style of color on a object. There is one color, for example pink: it starts with dark pink and get's lighter and lighter or it starts with light pink and gets darker and darker. Usually is the color on the background white (T-shirts, curtains, ...) You can use this type of coloring on almost everything: hair, nails, clothes, accessories, furniture, ... It's very DIY (do it yourself).

Hi there!

Today I have not much to say except that space patterns etc are totally HOT right now. So I took the liberty to find a few inspiring images for you all.

The last two pictures are me. I tried some intergalactic stuff on them. The second last is an old picture of me with my long hair (taken by a photographer, edited by me or actually by picnic). The last one is a picture of me in my room with my short hair (taken with webcam).

How are you all doing? As you know I already have written about bright spring colors but now I have the perfect bright color for you! We all know neon pink, green, blue, ... and yellow. We only wear the last one when we are outside, in the dark on our bikes or jogging true the streets but... that's going to change from now of on!

Beauty // Nail Polish Trends

1. Natural
No bling bling for you? Then is the latest nail polish trend definitely your cup of tea. The nails should be short and natural. Think: no sharp nails, just clean ones. If you still want some polish, then it is the best to go for a nude color.

2. Lips & Nails
For true fashionistas, there is a mix and match trend. Your lips and nails in the same color. Handy if you choose for red or oranges tones, less handy if you go green or blue but it is a challenge!

3. Rainbow colors
Can't you make one color choice? Then use on each nail a different color! This trend is more popular by teenagers then adolescents.

4. Shatter
In 2011 it became a trend with OPI and in 2012 the crack effect trend goes further on.
